Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AJ Gurukul Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality financial education. This policy outlines the terms regarding payments, refunds, and cancellations for our courses and programs.

1. Payment Policy

All payments for courses and academy memberships must be made in full through our authorized payment gateways. Access to course materials and structured learning pathways is granted only upon successful receipt of payment.

We accept all major credit/debit cards and supported digital wallets.
Subscription-based programs will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

We want our students to be satisfied with their learning journey. However, due to the digital nature of our educational content, our refund rules are as follows:

Digital Courses: Refunds can be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
Academy Memberships: Subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.
Live Workshops: Refund requests for live sessions must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

3. Cancellation Policy

Students may cancel their participation in our academy programs at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

To cancel, please log into your account settings or contact our support team.
Cancellations do not result in a pro-rated refund for the remaining days of the billing cycle.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where AJ Gurukul Academy must cancel a live session or program, students will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
